A
little boy sat under a mango tree in his Grandma’s garden.
She
was busy tying up a watermelon creeper growing on the fence.
Several
big, green watermelons rested on the ground near the fence.
“Grandma,”
said the boy,
“Why
is it that small fruits like mangoes grow on such a big, tall and strong tree
while huge watermelons grow on such delicate creepers?”
Grandma
dusted her hands and turned to answer him.
Just
then, a baby mango fell on the little boy’s head. He rubbed his head and got
up.
Grandma
smiled and said, “What would have happened if a watermelon had fallen on your
head instead? Nature’s plan is always perfect.”
